WampServer

Hello i installed the new WAMP version and backedup my mysql/data folder like usual then copied it over to the new one, and that seemed to work on the MyISAM databases but totally screwed up the InnoDB databases and now i have lost them all and i am wondering why.

It seems to make a reference of them in phpMyAdmin but when i go to click on it, it says that the table does not exist. can ANYONE help me here i am in much need of it.
