WampServer

I installed WAMP to use it as a local testing server.
On the webhost where I have the 'live' site the address of my page can be referenced as /home/user/html

For some files i have an include like:
"require_once('/home/include/configfile.php')"

Now testing this with WAMP, how do I configure WAMP, so I can still use these references?

My files are in D:\my documents\site
