WampServer

I can't seem to get this phpadmin or sqlite working. this is the error I get.

Cannot load mysql extension. Please check your PHP configuration. - Documentation


All services seems to be working ok. I do not have it online for this is my testing server only. So can some one please advise me of what the problem may be. I have configured my firewall and windows firewall as well. I have also tried to reinstall wamp.
