Installing CRE Loaded 6.2 on WAMP

Hello all

Has anyone had any experience of installing CRE Loaded 6.2 on WAMP and can you run throught the setup as I am not having much luck here.... OSCommerce worked no problem at all

From your post, I've just downloaded and installed it w/o any problem so I guess you didn't read the manual before installation at all, see the pic below by click on CREloaded6.2; also, remember to create db prior to installation

When you mean the manual, did you mean the WAMP manual or the CRE Loaded manual?

Of course CRE Loaded manual. To make it easy for you, just rename config_dist.php to config.php in includes and in admin/includes, then through browser, navigate to catalog/install/ and follow the instruction

Thanks for your help but I could not access the catalog directory...

I have unzipped the package creloaded62standard_p7 so it sits in a directory with installs of oscommerce etc.....

I have renamed the files configure_dist (both instances) to configure and all I can see is the parent directory and the doc directory. Do you know what I am doing wrong?

You get the wrong one, it's the patch package for upgrade; should go to the main site to get creloaded62standard

Edit: if you don't want to pay that stupid $10, just select the file from the left side (file library), then you can go to my site and donate only a fraction of that amount; he he... he he... ;-)
