Hello, i'm new at this forum and with wamp, but i had problems installing apache, then i went to that page, to see if i could scape from that errors with wamp.

i think i installed correct wamp, because if i write localhost, it show me "Server Configuration". But if i write my local ip, it show me

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access / on this server.

So it might be an error, then i try to write my public ip, and if i do that it show me the login router pager :|||.

It can't be good XDDDD, i would be glad if you could help me.

Thanks a lot

Through tray icon, switch your server to on-line mode so you can use your web ip

if wamp is in offline mode it uses localhost. if in online mode uses your ip address

start wamp if it is not already started -> left click on the wamp tray icon -> online mode

make sure you setup port forwarding in your router. if you do not know now to do that, search this forum for port forwarding.

if you are on a network, check out the 'Configuring Apache to Work over your Network' section of my wamp user guide. you can see the link to the user guide in my sig.

I found this solution and work for me:

Change on: C:\wamp\Apache2\conf\alias\phpmyadmin.conf from

Allow from 127.0.0.1

to

Allow from all

If you are running on a testbed machine which doesn't expose port 80 it's not a problem.
