I've installed wamp server on each machine of my lab with an administrator account. Students, however, when try yo initialize wamp server are not sucessfull. I've tried to change permission on the directory (full permission on the directory) but students still can't use it.

What do i have to do?

to learn how to setup wamp on a network, check out the 'Configuring Apache to Work over your Network' section in my wamp user guide. the link to the user guide is in my sig.

You should only install wamp on the main station by follow cyber's guide, then grant permission for local network users (ie. your students), and if they're using db too, you have to manually create db for each student.
