WampServer

hi everyone , i need help, i am using dreamweaver for writing php script for my project and using wamp server. while connecting to the wamp server i am getting error
Access denied for user 'root'@'localhost' (using password: YES)
and 2nd problme is that if i run thru the dreamweaver the php script does not run, but if i run thru localhost it run, but i have to run the php scripts and the html files seperately
i need urgent help

1.) see my phpmyadmin tutorial in my wamp manual (link is in my sig).

2.) wamp is setup to server website files from (document root)c:\wamp\www. you need to put all your website files there so they can get parsed by apache. you can put html files anywhere, and they wont have any problems working, but php files need to be parsed from your document root to work correctly.
