okay im stuck

i know its explained in the manuel that someone has wrote for all of us, i need specific details on how to creat a db_name for mysql, i know its explained but i think it isnt the same as when i go into phpadmin it looks alot different then the manuel explained in here !! also how do i tell the apache to listen for 2 ports not just 1 ?

1.open phpMyAdmin main control
2.enter a database name in the “Create new database”
3.enter the newly created database
4.test (86)
5.and go to the “SQL” section
6.in the query text field run this query
7.GRANT ALL PRIVILEGES ON database_name.* TO database_username@localhost<BR>IDENTIFIED BY 'password' WITH GRANT OPTION; </P>
8.Do not forget to specify actual database name,
9.user name, and password instead of database_name, database_username,
and password respectively.
10.enter the “SQL” section again;
11.run this query
12.FLUSH PRIVILEGES;
* [www.expertzzz.com] * this is what i have to do (its a diagram) and it shows me but i am not understanding it, take a look at it for me and tell me what exactly in detail and show me wamp side of how to do it like its explained please, be much appreciated !

yes i tried it , but it doesnt show the exact same thing as when i log into phpadmin, maybe im blind, but even better, you will get my msn and then ill remote you and then i can show you exactly what i mean , if thats not a problem with you, heres my msn, Endlessencounters@hotmail.com

Then I will create a db for you, make sure you must be there to see how I do it so next time you can do it yourself

BTW, nobody want to give out the god admin w/ full privilege, so create a moderator w/ lesser privilege since I do need that account in order to create a db as well as a user w/ limited privilege for you.

However, before sending me an invitation, try to follow cyber's guide again since his guide quite clear to me, and you should has no problem to create a db and also a user

All those steps just for create ONLY ONE db using phpmyadmin. BTW, the name of that db is "test", hope it doesn't make you so confused.

Hey, where is the note? For now I'm creating as follows:

Host: localhost
Database: test
Username: test
Password: test

Then, after you can delte it and create another one by yourself

to find where to enter a new database in phpmyadmin. open up phpmyadmin. search for the works "Create new database". right below that text is a input box where you enter your database name. then click on the "Create" button to create a new database.
