I have wamp installed and [localhost] OR 127.0.0.1 works perfectly well in IE, but in firefox i get the following error:
Bad Gateway
The proxy server received an invalid response from an upstream server.
Apache/2.0.59 (Unix) Server at 127.0.0.1 Port 8087

I already have this problem long time, still no solution.

I tried firefox web browser, nothing really cool. IE is still the most used browser. As well as apache is the most used for hosting. Big reason why lots of people use firefox is because they don't want microsoft to control the internet 100 percent. I have still recieved spyware while using firefox, nothing is impenitrible. Just use what your confortable with! I do agree with CyberSpatium, make sure settings for ff are correct. Should be good to go after that.

And remember! The only way to be truely safe on the internet........is to unplug from it!

Hehehe winking smiley!

He he... he he... ;-)

If you're using only ie, you're missing not just 1 thing or 2, but a lot. For example, your friends has family gallery and you want to save all pictures for off-line view, can you do it w/ ie? W/ ff, you can use 3-party add-on or write your own script to do just that. Actually, you can find a lot of very useful add-on for ff which you never have a chance to do w/ ie, got it, buddy?

Have fun,
