why does my wamp icon shown here [www.compassdesigns.net], not turn white as it says?

Very simple buddy, it's old tutor while new wamp has new features and one is on-line/off-line mode, so what in your system now is off-line mode and on the tutor is on-line mode; switch it through tray icon.
