WampServer

I just installed WAMP on my XP Pro x64 box and the entire process was flawless. All I needed to do afterward were a few simple tweaks to the php configuration and viola. I now have a very capable devlopment environment on my Windows box complete with InnoDB support. I couldn't be happier. Now I can put the Linux server I previously dedicated to this task to better use.

BTW - EMS has a wonderful FREE product called SQL Manager Lite that would complement WAMP very nicely. It absolutely blows phpmyadmin out of the water in functionality. If you've never tried it, you're really missing out.
