Cannot find pages externally

I've configured wamp to run on port 8080 and have IIS on port 80. When I access pages locally I get everything running just fine, but when I attempt to access apache externally I can get IIS pages but nothing on port 8080. I've looked at firewall issues, and cannot find anything amiss.

you will need to add the port number to the url, so:

[your.ip.address.here]

Let me clarify. By "I can get IIS pages but nothing on port 8080" I mean that I am using myurl:8080 and pages will not work.

myurl:8080?

better check to make sure it works w/ localhost:8080 first. If working, then check to make sure you have proper url setup in all needed places such as dns, vh, firewall, router, so on.
