Forbidden

I installed the latest vs of Wamp on my two computers, on my laptop ( windows XP) it works on my other computer ( Windows 2000 NT) I receive a message 403 Forbidden You are not allowed .....etc

Did I do something wrong ? I used the same default settings

You're not only 1 have problem w/ wamp 1.7.0 on w2k so either switch wamp back to 1.6.6 or 1.6.5 or upgrade w2k to xp or vista.
