phpmyadmin privileges

Hi,
First time user of wamp.
I've just installed, and reinstalled, and reinstalled wamp 5.
When I click on the 'edit privileges' for root user the page just refreshes, I do not go to the root's privileges page.
Default databases are available.
Also the sqlitemanager comes up with 'SQLite Manager extension cannot be loaded'. Not sure this is related.
Any ideas?

Hi,
I had a conflicting PHP 5 install. Removed that and all is ok.
