To advance users, these are like toys for kids, but hope they come in handy for new users

Anyway, when you have blank pages, firewalls might be one of the causes

// Enable Port in Windows Firewall

1. Click Start
2. Select Control Panel
3. Click Security Center
4. Select Windows Firewall in the bottom
5. Click Exceptions on the top
6. Select Add Port in the middle
7. Input these values in 2 blank boxes
Name: HTTP (Port 80)
Port Number: 80
8. Click OK twice

// Enable Port in McAfee Security Suite (v8.x)

1. Through tray icon, click to open McAfee Security Center
2. Select Personal Firewall Plus
3. Click on Options
4. Select System Services
5. Check box "Web Server (HTTP) Port 80", then click OK
6. Optional: While in Options windows, might want to select "Trusted & Banned IPs", check box and click OK
7. Close all McAfee windows

I'm using McAfee for example, so you get the idea to have similar setup in your desire firewalls

Welcome to any comment/suggestion

Have fun
