WampServer

I downloaded and installed wampserver a few days ago and it worked fine. I could see the icon in the bottom right hand corner of my win OS.

Now, today I can't find the icon. I looked in services and wampserver is running but now I can't get to the mysql dos console and the other options.

Does anyone know what happended or where I can fix this?

Can someone respond this this problem please? If you are the wampserver people can you tell me whats going on here?

When I shutdown and start up my PC, I cannot get the system icon in the system tray to load up.

I've tried clicking on the wampserver exe but it still doesn't appear. Also I tried clicking most of the exe in the wamp folder but nothiing happens.

The only work around I using is to uninstall and reinstall wampserver. But I certainly do not want to do this all the time and my connections get all screwed up!

I know the wampserver is running when I look at the services page.

SO far, as a beginner I certainly having more problems than results. I'm wondering whether to install apache and mysql separately.
