Streaming Problems

Hi WAMP-Users,
though my server was running PHP 5 (WAMP 1.4.4 without problems) before, I'm fairly new with the details. Yersterday I had to install my WAMP-Server again. I Used the newest build and encountered some Problems afterwards. The Imagevue program isn't running anymore(It seems to load but at 80% it hangs), my Andromeda mediaserver has permanent interruptions in the stream and randomly the Pictures on the website are only loaded partially. Even direct on the server itself (Localhost) the Problems persist. The Files itself are all OK !
FTP is working OK normal textbased Websites are OK.
My Question, is ther any packetsize problem
Please help ne I'm nearly going nuts !
