licence to distribute with program?

Hi all

I'm looking for a way to distribute my PHP + MySQL program (which will be encoded with Zen Encoder) on a CD, with a ready to run webserver as well.

I have read through the forum on MySQL, and while the one guy says this is fine, another claims I need to pay for the licences. I'm not going to charge for either Apache, PHP, or MySQL, but want to include it on the same CD, for the guys who don't have it, and maybe have a way to let it install on the client's PC (this could either be Windows, or Linux) if the client doesn't have it already, or prompt him to install.

My problem is, this is mainly an intranet program, and mainly targetted to small rural communities, who probably don't have internet. So, what are my options then?

apache, mysql and php are all open source. you dont have to pay any licensing to include them on your cd's. even if you make a billion dollars in sales off of those cd's, you wont have to pay anything.

Apache, mysql and php are free to use and distribute, but I'm afraid zend encoder is not free. Another thing is if you use this wamp package for production, you might want to check with Rom and PHPTeam, this wamp package's creators, before re-distribute it.

Have fun

i don't think he is including zend encoder, just encoding the scripts on his cds.

That's rigth, I'm not going to distribute Zend encoder, just the encoded files, and I'll include the zend optimizer and zend engine to run the zend encoded files.

From what I understand on the MySQL forums, the moment I include MySQL in a commercial app (for it to work), then I need to pay for the licence, which IMO is rediculous, so I just want to double check
