Secure version

Are there ever going to be any secure release versions? I have been looking for a product that combines packages for a live Windows server, but the only one I find that is designed for security is Uniform Server. It seems from what I have read though, that people feel it is too buggy.

Wampserver is for developers, not for production, so I'm afraid you have to do it yourself. Some add-on mods you might consider are mod_ssl, mod_security, mod_private, so on... and they're beyond wampserver's goal, so don't ask me to post how-to here.

Have fun

I understand that. That is why I asked if a secure version will ever be released.

Hey, I'm not wamp's creator, but from the angle I see, wamp is for developers, so never in the past, not now, and probably never in the future either.

if you have no experience running, administering, or securing a webserver, it does not matter how secure some WAMP (windows, apache, mysql, php) is, you will still have an unsecured server since you have not idea of what you are doing.

How do you conclude that I do not know what I am doing? I am currently running servers (File, FTP, Mail, Web, DNS.) Stop being a moron with assumptions, that knows nothing. I asked a simple question; it is unfortunate that not even an admin can comprehend the question.

Don't be so upset, I think he mean good because a post in the forum will be read by a lot of people, and not all of them have good experience like yours, right?

BTW, what dns are you using?
