Error in Apache starts

After a few minutes apache is dowsn with this error :
The Apache service named reported the following error:
>>> Unable to open logs
So where is problem? Thx

what is the exact error you are getting. copy and paste it here, I need the error number.

OK so now I have 3 errors when I want to start Apache...
First: The Apache service named reported the following error:
>>> no listening sockets available, shutting down ID : 3299
Second: The Apache service named reported the following error:
>>> Unable to open logs ID : 3299
And Third : The Apache service named reported the following error:
>>> (OS 10048): make_sock: could not bind to address 0.0.0.0:80 The same ID 3299
