Missing the theme when I access my new blog

When I installed WAMP it created a folder named wordpress which I changed the name to blog. According to a website I found that took me through the steps on how to configure WAMP, it said that it was OK to change the folder name if the user wanted to, so I did.

Inside C:\wamp\www I have the folder blog and stats since I installed a plugin for it, and files dossier.gif, index.php, and logo_i.gif.

Inside the blog folder I have all the worpress folders and files. Like I said before, I only changed the folder name from wordpress to blog.

I have been trying to get it working, but I can't seen to find the problem. When I access my blog, I can see it, but I do not see any colors, the pictures do not display. Please take a look here.

My Settings are:
DocumentRoot "C:/wamp/www/blog"
<Directory "C:/wamp/www/blog">

If I take out the blog name from the DocumentRoot and Directory, then it takes me to the WAMP Server Configuration page, which when I click on blog under projects, the page displays OK internally on the server, but it doesn't display correctly to the outside world.

Could someome please help me?

Thanks
TheEvilBlog

edit: I just noticed that when I refresh the page on the status bar using IE it shows:
Downloading picture [localhost]...

I guess I need to find out what to access and erase localhost/blog?

Thanks

to make you server accessible to the outside world, put your server in online mode.

Sorry about that. I was redoing the whole wamp server installation. Now I left it with the folder named wordpress. Could you see if you can access the site?

Do you get the wamp5 config page?

Thanks

i can access it, but it is your wamp homepage, you need to change that immediately, or I can do some serious hacking of your server.

Thank you for the advice. I have not let that open for long since I know ppl can do some serious damage when accessing that page, but that's the problem I'm having. If I move all the wordpress folders and files to the /wamp/www directory, when I access the site from another PC inside the network I do not see the wordpress theme. Its just plain.

What am I doing wrong? Or what do I need to do? Do I need to do something to the httpd.conf file?

Thanks

Your setup must be wrong somewhere because after reading your post, I was curious to the point that I've just install it, and it took less than 5min just as they advertise, so make sure to check all related setup for firewalls, router, db, vh, dns, so on. BTW, right click on your wrodpress folder and uncheck "Read Only" if checked because it might effects your scripts.

Have fun
