List detail, I mean very detail, what you did to setup password, so don't post something like "I did exactly as instructed in your old post...." because you definitely missed a step or two, thus, I have to see which one you missed.

browse [localhost]

then i click privilages --> then i select the root and click edit button --> and changed the option to new password(default value is no password) and i enterd the password twice
--> then click go button then i closed that window and when browse [localhost] again its giving the error

Yep, very clear that you're missing part 2 of the setup because to setup password, you NEED to set it in TWO PLACES.

For second place, open config.inc.php in c:/wamp/phpmyadmin your text editor such as notepad. Find and put your password in this line:

$cfg['Servers'][$i]['password'] = 'your_new_password'; // MySQL password (only

Remember, your_new_password is the same password you inputed in phpmyadmin before. Then restart your computer, and try to log in [localhost] again

i did it phpmyadmin working fine now, what next

Either you send an email or post your email here so I can send you a simple scripts and instruction to test mysql on your server. Of course, they're plain codes that you can read before running them, so you don't have to worry about what it might contains.

After testing it successful, you got the ideas from the simple codes, you can code your own scripts then.

Edit: I forgot that I've already shut down my server for maintenance so I can't receive email now; thus, just post your email here and I will send you the script later.

i didnt import anything in phpmyadmin

if i access this link [localhost] the error msg is

Parse error: parse error, unexpected $end in C:\wamp\www\shop-script-free\install.php on line 342

You've got that error message because you didn't create shopscript db account including db, username and password before installation.

If not sure how to create db, just open testing script w/ text editor and change all word "testing" to "shopscript" then follow instruction from step 3 to 7, then through browser, run installation again. When ask for information, input should be as follows

Host: localhost
DB type: mysql
DB: shopscript
User: shopscript
Pass: shopscript

BTW, better rename folder shop-script-free to shopscript
