Hi all,

I am Simon, I downloaded WAMP Server (wamp5_1.6.6) and installed it in my lap top that has Windows XP installed on it.

It Installed every thing i wanted. But every time I want to run either Myphpmyadmin, Sqlitemanager or Localhost services it gives this error in a File Download dialogue box:

File Download - Security Warning
Do you want to save this file?
Name:phpmyadmin(sqlitemanager or localhost)
Type:Unknown file type(5.83KB, 9.95KB or 1.25KB respectively)
From:localhost

More Information: The wamp directory is in "C:\Wamp". I also have sub-directories in Wamp directory, namely:

Apache2,
Logs,
mysql,
php,
myphpadmin,
scripts,
sqlitemanager,
tmp and
www

Even if i temporary diasble Windows Firewall, I still get the same message.

This has really "eaten" my head so much.

What do i need to do in order to open those default pages? I will appreciate your help so much.

Thank you in advance.

You can't open them directly, but either through tray icon or browser

[localhost]
[localhost]

Also, if you have your websites/projects, save your_file.html in wamp/www/your_folder and access them like this

[localhost]

Have fun
