How do i get virtual working?

Erm... I need help getting the virtual folders working. =(
<VirtualHost *:80>
ServerAdmin blah@gangstermovies.servebeer.com
DocumentRoot /www/gma
ServerName gangstermovies.servebeer.com
ErrorLog logs/gangstermovies.servebeer.com-error_log
CustomLog logs/gangstermovies.servebeer.com-access_log common
</VirtualHost>
is how i setup... but it doesn't work. it just displays this message
The requested URL / was not found on this server.
Apache/2.0.59 (Win32) PHP/5.2.0 Server at gangstermovies.servebeer.com Port 80
anyone can help?
