Variables don't work

Hello,
I have some form, there are a few fields and when I send a content from these fields to another page to show them, they don't appear. When I put the pages on the internet, everything is fine, the content from form is there. I have WAMP5 version 1.6.4. and except that problem, everything is running great. Can somebody tell me where is the problem? Some settings or anything that can help me.

the problem is solved. It was about declaring global variables.
