Please can someone help. all of a sudden i cannot start my apache service and i dont know how to resolve it.

The application log displays these errors:

APPLICATION: The Apache service named reported the following error:
>>> Unable to open logs .

and

The Apache service named reported the following error:
>>> no listening sockets available, shutting down .

the service log displays:

The Apache service named reported the following error:
>>> (OS 10048)Only one usage of each socket address (protocol/network address/port) is normally permitted. : make_sock: could not bind to address 0.0.0.0:80 .

i fixed it i stopped skype from using port 80. strange had skype installed for over 4 weeks without the issue, works now, thanks to a search i did on here. thanks Guys to all of you that contributed to a previous solution
