Advise about backing up Mediawiki

I have installed WAMP and the PHP4.4.4 update along with MediaWiki 1.8.2 and I am not familiar with mysql or php.

I have been trying to find some definitive information on how to make a backup of my wiki. The mediawiki site mentions phpMyAdmin which i can see is a part of WAMP and i can see my wiki 'database' along with several others in phpMyAdmin:

Information Schema (16)
mysql (17)
phpmyadmin (7)
test (1)
wiki (31)

Do I need to back up all of these for my Wiki - and if so are the options that I need enabled by default?

So far I have a backup of wiki and I have copied the following folder as advised on a thread i saw somewhere online:

C:\wamp\www\wiki\images

So am I backing up enough? And should i need to ever reinstall Mediawiki will i just need to use phpMyAdmin and then use the import feature. I have not found any definitive information on how to back up my wiki and I would like to be certain of how to do it before I actually have to back it up.

My wiki works fine and is online so I just want to be able to back it up.

Many thanks.
