fatal error

I running wamp 1.6.6 and VBulletin 3.6.4.
when i update table in vbulletin admin control panel, fatal error occured.
maybe solved by install PCRE library.
how can i install PCRE library in wamp 1.6.6?

Really want to help, but vb is not free ware. I'm testing a lot of free forums and cms and never encounter any problem like that, so besides having problem when updating tables, do you have any other problem or not?
