PHP4.4.4 ADD-ON for WAMP5 1.6.6

I've installed PHP4.4.4 ADD-ON for WAMP5 1.6.6 and when i changed to PHP4 i can't start phpmyadmin, what have i forgot. It should be very easy to change but no way.

I got this faultmessage with PHP4:
#1251 - Client does not support authentication protocol requested by server; consider upgrading MySQL client
