Perl Help, doesn't start

WAMPServer has done me good for I don't know how long, but now, it's with Perl. I've installed the ACTIVESTATE PERL ADD-ON and yet, nothing in Perl actually works for some reason. That also includes the test_perl.shtml as well. How do I get Perl working fully with WAMP?
