Internal Server Error for a CGI file

I installed the PERL addon and then i made these changes at the last post:
[forum.wampserver.com]
I restarted apache and put a cgi file in my "www" folder and when i go to it i get this error:
Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator, root@localhost and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.
More information about this error may be available in the server error log.
