Phpnuke 8.0 install problem

when i try to install i get this why??

Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 30 seconds exceeded in C:\wamp\Webroot\NightCarwlers\html\install\includes\database.php on line 280

I'd like to help but never use phpnuke, so only suggestion is increase execution time out in php.ini or httpd.conf, but not sure this will work or not.

Actually, I just remember that I had that time-out error before when installing phpbb and found out that I didn't have required database as well as provided all correct path while installing. So make sure you have to prepare everything correctly before installing.
