Putting WAMPSERVER online

How do i get WAMPSERVER to run externally by the means of outsiders f.e. LAN users can contact my server and see my webpages (by a [192.168.1.10] or something like that) This have worked for me some while ago without doing anything but now it wont work.

to let others connect to wamp put the server in online mode
