File(code) changes are not shown when made.

Hello people,

I just installed WAMP V1.6.5 and I have the following problem. When i change sourcecodes, the changes are not shown in the page (viewed with IE of firefox). But when i open the files with another program then macromedia, the changes are really saved in the documents.

And what does a lock (on the gauge/meter) meen?
