deleted root user,,, ooops!

i deleted the root used in phpmyadmin. How do i get him back?

not good. without a user that has admin privileges you can not login to the mysql console or phpmyadmin to dump (backup) your database. if you have anything in your database now it will be lost.

You need to start over again, so backup your website (c:\wamp\www) and then do an uninstall and reinstall of wamp.
