Connection Resets

Hello,
I developing a website and doing it on my local comp using wamp as my webserver because when the site is done i will be purchasing a server and using wamp for simplicty, but i have run into a problem.
See when viewing the site i am working on via locahost it works with no problems.
when i view the site view my ip address form my own comp it works fine (using the actual outside ip not 127.0.0.1).
if anyone else tries to view the site thier connection is reset.
now i have even tired it with my firewall off, but still same problem.
anyone have any ideas why this is happening?

your serer is in offline mode. to put itin online mode use the wamp tray icon menu to put your server into online mode.
