hosting using your ip address is free. if you want to use a domain, you will need a domain.

just put wamp in online mode, and then you can access your wamp server using your ip adderess.

everybody thats going on that link can see my site??? but i have wamp online and i dont see the website but when i point te mouse on te wamp logo

I think your Apache does't run ( 1 of 2 service running ) only MySQL have run , Click on : Apache / (Start /resume service ) .If not ,you should be unistall and then reinstall WAMP5
