Adding users to MySQL on WAMP

Well, I'm not sure how to do it through WAMP, I could get ti working with regular MySQL, but I can't figure out how to do it with wamp as none of hte GUI tools support adding users(I think...)
What should I do to add a new MySQL user?(on WAMP)

Log in phpMyAdmin through tray icon, then Privileges.
