I wish put SSL to my WAMP, but I can't

I have WAMP5 1.6.4:
- APACHE 2.0.58
- PHP 5.1.4 and PECL
- MYSQL 5.0.22
- PHPMYADMIN 2.8.1
- SQLITEMANAGER 1.2.0

I did all the steps that I have found at Internet, but I cannot make it work.

What can I do?

Can Wamp include a SSL's module to users as me? (like XAMP)

Maybe it can be optional

Also, check this site for free certificate instead using self-signed one.
