OK,
Local install went just fine. All services running. Try to do an install of a program and get

You don't have permission to access /Pirep/installers/< on this server.

Makes no sense to me, as I have full access to everything on my drive. Where would one correct this?

make sure you put your /Pirep folder in your server document root which is c:\wamp\www

That is where it is
C:\wamp\www\Pirep

What I am trying to do is access a file in C:\wamp\www\Pirep\installers\installer.php through a IE browser. Works fine on my ISP, but I would rather configure, then upload.

Gotta be something simple, as it is eluding me.

PHPbb2 installed without a hitch, so its something in the installer. Now to find it.

Same result. Gets to the page, fill in the form, then the no permissions message. Thanks! I've actually moved on to configuring on my ISP.
