WampServer

I downloaded this not to long ago and every time I try to do something I always get an error message that says: Could not execute menu item (internal error) [Exception] Could not perform service action: The service has not been started. So how do I active these services? I know this is a dumb question but I am just starting to work with this.

if you start apache and\or mysql manually, do you have any problems?

I can't even get those to work. I keep clicking on them but nothing happens.
