What about trying XAMPP 1.5.4 ? It comes with:
Apache 2.2.3
MySQL 5.0.24a
PHP 5.1.6 & PHP 4.4.4
phpMyAdmin 2.8.2.4
FileZilla FTP Server 0.9.18
OpenSSL 0.9.8c

This update will come as soon as I have time for it, I hope this week end.
I started last week end but didn't find the time to finish. Maybe PHP 5.2.0 will be out until then???
