Hi,

I hope someone can help me please. I've installed Wamp and everything is working fine except Apache is not logging requested pages which it is serving to the file access.log in the wamp/logs directory

Can anyone help with this?

Regards,

Andy.

Hi and thanks for your reply.

Posted below are the last few lines of the Apache error log. There is nothing obvious that I can see, not sure about the 'specified network name is no longer available' error., what's that all about?
The actual Apache web server works perfectly but just does not log any requests at all. I have stopped and started the Apache service several times and even re-booted the server, but still no logging.

OK, problem resolved.

I stopped the Apache service, deleted the 'access.log', created a new blank 'access.log' file then re-started Apache and all seems OK now.
