Problems With odbc_connect

Hi, I have a problem conecting php with informix.
I have installing the DSN for others aplications but with php I can not conect.
$enlace=odbc_connect("mybase","informix","informix"
generatin the next error:
Warning: odbc_connect() [function.odbc-connect]: SQL error: [INTERSOLV][ODBC Informix driver][Informix]Unable to load locale categories., SQL state S1000 in SQLConnect in F:\wamp\www\probando.php on line 2
