help installing wamp

I downloaded WAMP, whenever I try to install it I get 2 errors:

It cannot find C:\\Wamp\install_services.bat
and it cannot find C:\\Wamp\uninstall_services.bat

I checked the wamp folder and both the files are there, anyone know a solution?
