Hello i have just started with the program and i wounder how to make a webpage can i do it? what should i type "username" and "host" not good at this please help

put all your html. php, css, images, etc in your c:\wamp\www folder. start apache and mysql. open your browser and go to: [localhost]

How can you get to the website from other computers over the internet? I mean, I suppose I need to create an address such as [www.fitongoro.com] that the users could type in their browsers to get to my website, but what do I need to do to set that up?
