Parent: Received shutdown signal -- Shutting down the server

I am running PHP v5, MySQL v5, apache 2.0. I have a an application that needs to run continuously in the background performing processes on data. About 1 hour and 5 minutes into running the app, I have the following error in my apache error log:

" Parent: Received shutdown signal -- Shutting down the server."

Anyone know why everything runs fine for an hour or so and then this comes up?

Any help is appreciated..

Figured it out... Another programmer was doing some testing and shutting down the server....
