Bug fixed? PCRE package for PHP

There is a known issue of PCRE package for PHP:
preg_match() crashes on large subject size

This is bug detail:

This is my problem:
[www.xoops.org]

And I use WAMP5:
[www.xoops.org]

How can I fixed this bug in WAMP5?

that bug is in php 5.0.0b3 beta3. WAMP uses php 5.1.4
