Problem with Localhost

i've recently installed the wamp server and as i try to run it there is a lot of error coming up. like:
Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /phpmyadmin/ on this server.

Apache/2.0.58 (Win32) PHP/5.1.4 Server at 192.168.0.55 Port 80....w hat's ssems to be problem? and it can't also read the index.php of any website i'm trying to run, it just points to the directory of the website?

Please help

to access phpmyadmin use
[localhost]

try switching your server from online mode and offline mode and see if you get the same results.

if you are still having problems, please post the last 15 lines of your apache error log here so I can see if and what errors you maybe getting. apache stores the newest items in the log, that is why I need the last 15 lines, not the first.

i switch to the olde version where it seems to be running pretty well. My problem now is i accedentally drop my access priviledge as localhost in phpmyadmin... how do i fix it back?
Error now goes like this:

#1130 - Host 'localhost' is not allowed to connect to this MySQL server
