Enabling SOAP

I am newbie to PHP and i would like to enable SOAP library in wamp. How do i do it ?
Do i need to download any library or are there any config that i have to do ?

In case if anyone is wondering why adding 'extension=php_soap.dll' to php.ini doesnt do anything; It might be nice to note that your wamp install uses $wampdir\Apache2\bin\php.ini and *not* $wampdir\php\php.ini
Might save you some time searching.

You can also enable soap directly threw the wamp menu.
